Contemporary Understanding and Reflection on the Medicine Be Responsible for "Meridian Guiding" in Treating Diseases

追溯中药引经报使的历史沿流,阐述引经报使中药的临床应用及实验研究的成果,分析引经报使中药研究中存在的问题,并提出今后应重点研究引经报使中药的生物信号转导、作用靶点等分子机制,以及引经报使中药的作用成分、量-效关系等,将引经报使中药应用于靶向给药系统研究中,并指导临床合理应用引经报使中药。

By consulting the ancient books of the'meridian guiding'theory,tracking its historical trace,the general situation of clinical application of the'meridian guiding'drug of TCM was summarized and analyzed;and the present situation of experimental research on the'meridian guiding'drugs was explained.As a result,it is helpful to understand the mechanism of the action and current difficulties and problems of the'meridian guiding'drugs,which reveals that,the'meridian guiding'theory is interlinked with the thought of modern target drug delivery.In order to better apply the'meridian guiding'theory to target drug delivery system,the molecular mechanism or biological signal transduction,the action components of the meridian and the targets,the dose-effect relationship of the meridian action should be considered as the key research directions.
