二维结合三维超声诊断胎儿颜面部少见或多发畸形的价值及妊娠结局的探讨

The value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with three-dimensional ultrasonography in diagnosing rare or multiple fetal facial deformities and the pregnancy outcome

目的探讨二维结合三维超声诊断胎儿颜面部少见或多发畸形的价值及妊娠结局。方法分析我院2016年1月至2018年4月超声检出的胎儿颜面部少见或多发畸形的相关资料,总结二维及三维声像图特征并随访。结果检出胎儿颜面部少见或多发畸形92例,畸形种类包括:先天性白内障、小眼畸形、眼距异常、独眼、突眼、无鼻、喙鼻、单鼻孔、鞍鼻、裂鼻、无耳、小耳、附耳、小下颌、腭裂、面裂、唇红裂、口角裂、口腔畸胎瘤、面部血管瘤、面部淋巴水囊瘤、面部赘生物、中部面裂综合征。其中,颜面部少见单发畸形58例,多发畸形34例,正常分娩27例。引产65例。结论二维结合三维超声诊断胎儿颜面部少见或多发畸形在胎儿畸形的筛查中具有重要价值,并可有效指导临床,对妊娠结局有较大影响。

Objective:To explore the value of two-dimensional combined three-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of rare or multiple fetal facial deformities and pregnancy outcomes.Methods:The relevant data of rare or multiple fetal facial deformities detected by ultrasound in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2018 were analyzed,Two-dimensional and threedimensional sonographic features were summarized and followed up.Results:A total of 92 cases with rare or multiple facial deformities were detected,Deformities include:congenital cataract,microphthalmia,the eye is apart from the abnormal,cyclopia,exophthalmos,arhinia,beak nose,single nostril,saddle nose,schizorhinal,anotia,microtia,accessory auricles,micrognathia,cleft palate,facial cleft,lips red crack,corner crack,oral teratomas,facial hemangioma,facial lymphoid hydrocystic tumor,facial neoplasm,central cleft syndrome.among,rare unilateral facial deformity occurred in 58 cases,multple malformations occurred in 34 cases,27 cases of normal childbirth.65 cases of induced labor.Conclusion:Two-dimensional ultrasound combined with three-dimensional ultrasonography is of graet value in the screening of fetal malformation,and can guide clinical effectively,it has great influence on pregnancy outcome.
