广西崇左地区新生儿G6PD缺乏症的筛查结果分析

Analysis of detection results of neonatal G6PD deficiency in Chongzuo,Guangxi

目的了解崇左地区新生儿葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PD)缺乏症筛查结果情况。方法采用NADP+氧化还原酶法,对2015年7月至2018年6月在我院产科分娩的11 681例新生儿进行红细胞G6PD活性检测,并对不同性别、民族的新生儿G6PD缺乏情况进行分析。结果筛查的11 681例新生儿中,有1158例G6PD缺乏,阳性率9.91%(1158/11 681),男性阳性率13.29%(843/6343),女性阳性率5.90%(315/5338)。不同民族新生儿中:壮族8398例(男4613例,女3785例),阳性率10.69%(男14.33%,女6.26%);汉族2990例(男1573例,女1417例),阳性率8.13%(男10.68%,女5.29%);其他少数民族293例(男157例,女136例),阳性率5.80%(男8.92%,女2.21%)。结论本市为新生儿G6PD缺乏症的高发区,有性别和民族差异,筛查有利于为该病提供早期诊断及预防。

Objective:To investigate the screening results of glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G6 PD)deficiency in infants in chongzuo region.Methods:Using NADP+REDOX enzyme method,red blood cell g-6-pd activity was detected in11 681 newborns who delivered in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2018,and the lack of G6 PD in newborns of different genders and nationalities was analyzed.Results:Of the 11 681 neonates screened,1158 were deficient in G6 PD,with a positive rate of9.91%(1158/11 681),a male positive rate of 13.29%(843/6343),and a female positive rate of 5.90%(315/5338).Among the newborns of different nationalities:8398 cases of zhuang(4613 cases of male and 3785 cases of female),the positive rate was 10.69%(14.33%of male and 6.26%of female);The positive rate was 8.13%(10.68%for male and 5.29%for female).293 cases(157 cases for male and 136 cases for female)of other ethnic minorities,with a positive rate of 5.80%(8.92%for male and 2.21%for female).Conclusions:This city is a high incidence area of neonatal G6 PD deficiency with gender and ethnic differences.Screening is conducive to the early diagnosis and prevention of the disease.
