团队化管理模式在急诊科管理中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究团队化管理模式在急诊科管理中的应用效果。方法:于2016年1月对医院急诊科管理工作中应用团队化管理模式,比较实施前后医院急诊科20名护理人员人文素养、职业技能操作、团队意识、护理质量等评分。结果:实施前护理人员的人文素养、职业技能操作、团队意识、护理质量等评分均显著低于实施后(P<0.05)。结论:团队化管理模式利于提升医院急诊科护理人员专业知识和技能水平,增强团队凝聚力,利于为患者带来优质护理服务。
