桂枝汤的药理学研究——三、对小鼠非特异性屏障机能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 流感病毒所致小鼠病毒性肺炎,随着病程逐步加重,肺指数值上升,单核巨噬细胞系统的吞噬功能受抑,病鼠的心、肝、脾、肾、胸腺、肾上腺等重要器官也逐日减重。给病鼠以相当于人的临床剂量的桂枝汤能明显对抗上述改变,但桂枝汤对正常小鼠无明显影响这一结果提示RES功能可能与祖国医学的“营卫”有某些关联。 The phagocytic activity was simultaneously decreased and the lung index (lung weight/body weight) was increased when the mouse pneumonia induced by influenza virus was developed. The administration of the decoction p.o.in 17.5 g/kg/day kept the phagocytic activity in normal level within seven days after infection. The positive relation-shipbetween dose and response was presented(Y=0.0334+0.0004X) . The lung index was significantly lower in treated groups than that in infected. But no effect was found after administration in the same dose on normal animals.
