扶正抑癌汤对小鼠免疫功能及组织器官的影响

Effect of Fuzheng Yiai Tang on Immunity and Organs of Mice

扶正抑癌汤是在中医理论指导下,结合肿瘤发生发展的病理机制和临床表现及中药药理学研究结果而组成的有效抗癌方剂,实验表明该方能显著提高小鼠外周血淋巴细胞的自然淋转率,增强SRBC免疫所致小鼠特异性抗体反应,对主要器官无明显毒性。

Fuzheng Yiai Tang,composed of 12 Chinese herb drugs, such as Panax ginseng C.A Mey, Astragalus membraraceus Bge, Schisandra chinensis Baill, Fagopyrum tataricum Gaertn, Gremstra variabilis Nakai, could increase survival rate of early-and middle-stage career cases for more than 3 years, and enhance life quanlity. It also had effect on some late-stage cancers ( 1 case of late-stage carcinoma of cervix treated only with this recipe had lived for more than 20 years).Experiment shows that this recipe could significantly increase lympho-transfcrmaticn rate of peripheral lymphocytes of mice, make special antibody reaction of mice immunized by SRBC stronger. It had no toxic effect on main organs of animals.
