沙苑子总黄酮药理作用研究

Pharmacological Studies of Total Flavonoid Fraction of Astragalus Complanatus R Br

沙苑子总黄酮iv 25mg/kg、50mg/kg,对麻醉大鼠有显著的降压作用,并随剂量加大而加强,在降压同时伴有心率减慢。对NE引起收缩的大鼠主动脉条,在10^(-4)g、3×10^(-4)g浓度时有明显的松弛作用,且呈剂量依赖关系。此外,还有明显的抗血小板聚集作用。

Total flavonoid fraction of astragalus complanatus R Br given iv 25, 50mg/kg in anesthetized rats produced dosedependent decrease in blood pressure and a concomitant decrease in heart rate. Direct effect of vasodilation was proved on rat aortic strips of contraction induced by NE. In vivo and in vitro experiments, the platelet aggregation wasinhibited significantly.
