麻仁丸在冠心病介入术后便秘患者中的应用效果

目的:探讨冠心病介入术后便秘患者采用麻仁丸的治疗效果和特点。方法:冠心病行介入术后的患者中随机性抽取100例进行回顾性分析和探究,对照组患者采用常规的便秘治疗药物开塞露治疗;研究组患者则采用的是麻仁丸治疗,对比两组不同处理方法的效果和不良反应发生状况。结果:研究组患者治疗后总有效率98%,明显优于对照组72%,且研究组患者出现的不良反应发生率4.6%,明显要低于对照组的39%。结论:针对冠心病介入术后便秘患者采用麻仁丸治疗,效果安全有效。

objective: to study the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) after interventional constipation treatment effect and characteristics of using Maren pills.Methods: from april 2012 to march 2012 receives and treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD) of the patients after interventional random sampling,100 cases were retrospectively analyzed and explored,and randomly divided into control group and the group,50 cases in each group.The control group were treated by routine constipation treatments on plug dew treatment; Team is maren pills are used in patients with treatment,and corresponding psychological nursing care,compared two groups of the effect of different processing methods and adverse reactions occur.Results: the total effective rate was 98% after treatment group patients was better than the control group 72%,compared with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the team patients the incidence of adverse reactions of 4.6% to less than 39% of the control group obviously,the significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: In view of the coronary heart disease(CHD) after interventional treatment with constipation patients Maren pills,the effect is safe and effective,and can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,is worth in the clinical application and promotion.
