玉米须水煎液对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响 被引量:6

Effects of corn silk decoction on insulin resistance in type Ⅱ diabetic rats

摘要 目的:通过观察玉米须水煎液对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗作用的改善,探讨其降糖作用机制。方法:除空白组外,其余组均采用高糖高脂饲料喂养并结合腹腔注射小剂量链脲佐菌素复制Ⅱ型糖尿病模型。将成模后的大鼠分成模型对照组、二甲双胍0. 2 g/kg组和玉米须21. 6 g/kg、10. 8 g/kg、5. 4 g/kg组,各组大鼠给药4周后,测大鼠空腹血糖值、糖原含量、胰岛素含量(INS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化氢酶(GSH-PX)含量,并观察肝脏和骨骼肌的病理状态。结果:与空白组相比,模型组大鼠空腹血糖和胰岛素水平均明显升高;经灌胃玉米须水煎液后,可显著降低糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖值和胰岛素含量,显著降低胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI);显著升高肝脏和骨骼肌中的糖原含量、SOD和GSH-PX活力,显著降低肝脏和骨骼肌中MDA含量,并呈剂量依赖性;同时可改善肝脏和骨骼肌的病理状态。结论:玉米须水煎液降糖作用机制是通过提高机体抗氧化能力,促进糖原合成,减少糖原分解,增强肝脏、骨骼肌对胰岛素的敏感性,从而改善胰岛素的抵抗作用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of corn silk decoction on insulin resistance in type Ⅱ diabetic rats and its mechanism of hypoglycemic effect. Methods: Except the control group,rats in other groups were fed with high-sugar high-fat diet,and intraperitoneally injected by low-dose streptozotocin to establish the type Ⅱ diabetes model. The model rats were divided into the model group,metformin group( 0. 2 g/kg) and three doses of corn silk decoction groups of( 21. 6 g/kg,10. 8 g/kg,5. 4 g/kg). After 4 weeks of administration,fasting blood glucose,glycogen content and insulin( INS) content,superoxide dismutase( SOD),malondialdehyde( MDA),glutathione catalase( GSHPX) content were determined and the pathological states of liver and skeletal muscle were observed. Results: Compared with the control group,the fasting blood glucose and insulin levels in the model group were significantly increased. After administered with the corn silk decoction,the fasting blood glucose and insulin levels in the diabetic rats were significantly decreased and the insulin resistance index( IRI)was significantly reduced. In livers and skeletal muscles,the glycogen content,SOD and GSH-PX activity were significantly increased,and MDA content was significantly reduced,in a dose-dependant manner. It also improved the pathological state of the liver and skeletal muscle.Conclusion: The mechanism of hypoglycemic effect of corn silk decoction is to improve the antioxidant capacity of the body,promote glycogen synthesis,reduce glycogen decomposition,enhance the sensitivity of liver and skeletal muscle to insulin,thus improve insulin resistance.
