摘要
探讨三七及其主要成分对药物代谢酶的影响。本文通过查阅近些年国内外有关三七及其主要成分对药物代谢酶的实验研究、作用机制及实验结果等方面的文献,对其进行了综合分析、归纳总结。文献研究结果提示三七及其主要成分可通过抑制或诱导药物代谢酶,改变酶蛋白活性、含量及基因表达,从而影响药物的代谢酶系统,提示三七及其主要成分在药物代谢酶途径中有着重要的作用,对指导临床合理使用三七、研究其作用机制、发现药物作用的新靶点具有重要意义。
To investigate the effect of Panax notoginseng and its main components on drug metabolizing enzymes. In this paper,we reviewed the literature about the experimental study,mechanism of action and experimental results of Panax notoginseng and its major components in recent years at home and abroad,to make comprehensive analyze and summarize. It is found that Panax notoginseng and its main components can affect the drug metabolizing system by inhibiting or inducing drug metabolism enzymes,changing the activity,content and gene expression of enzymes. It suggests that Panax notoginseng and its main components play an important role in the drug metabolic pathway,which may be very important to guide rational use of Panax notoginseng in clinical practice,to research their mechanisms,and find new drug targets.
