摘要
乌头类中药为临床常用中药,主含乌头碱等生物碱,易引起毒性反应。本文通过分析历代本草中关于乌头毒的记载,结合现代研究文献,从引起毒性反应的物质基础、分子机制,毒性反应的临床主要表现及对策,评价乌头类中药毒性与药效之间的关系,以期为乌头类中药毒的科学认识及其临床合理应用提供参考。
Aconitum-derived Chinese Traditional Medicines(TCMs)have been widely used in the clinic.They mainly contain alkaloids such as aconitine,which may cause toxicity.In order to provide a reference for the scientific understanding of aconite toxicity and its clinical rational application,we evaluated the relationship between the toxicity of Aconitum-derived TCMs and their efficacy by study on the historical document and the modern research,based on its material basis,molecular mechanism,and clinical manifestations.
