摘要
本文通过查阅历史文献中对苦木毒的记载,结合现代研究结果,分析苦木引起毒性反应的物质基础、分子机制、毒性反应的临床主要表现及对策,评价毒性反应与药效活性的关系,以期为苦木的科学认识及其临床合理应用提供参考。
In this paper,based on historical document and modern researches,we study the material basis,molecular mechanism and clinical manifestation related to toxic reaction,evaluate the relationship between pharmacological activity and its toxicity,to provide a scientific recognition of its toxicity and suggest for more appropriate clinical application.
