医嘱点评中药注射剂不合理用药分析及干预效果评价

Analysis of Unreasonable Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection in Comment on Doctor's Advices and Evaluation of Effect of Intervention

目的 :分析我院医嘱点评中发现的中药注射剂不合理用药现象,并进行干预,评价其效果,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性方法,对我院2015年9月-2016年2月的临床病历进行随机抽样,对中药注射剂不合理用药进行分类、汇总、统计,制定并实施干预措施,考察干预后(2016年3-8月)的用药情况,评价干预效果。结果 :2015年9月-2016年2月中药注射剂不合理用药率为68.18%,干预后下降为37.88%。结论:为倡导合理用药,规范医师医嘱,通过定期点评,剖析不合理用药的原因,进行有效干预,以提高医生合理用药水平,达到安全、有效、经济、适当的用药目的。

Objective:To analyze the unreasonable use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) injection in comment on doctor's advices in a hospital, and evaluate the effect of intervention so as to provide a reference for rational drug use in clinic. Methods:The medical records in this hospital from September 2015 to February 2016 were sampled randomly and investigated retrospectively, in which the unreasonable use of TCM injection was classified and pooled for statistic analysis. On the basis of this, the measures for intervention were developed and implemented, and the use of TCM injection from March to August, 2016 was investigated to evaluate the effect of intervention. Results:The unreasonable use rate of TCM injection from September 2015 to February 2016 was 68.18%, which decreased to 37.88% after intervention. Concluison:Regular comment is needed to rational drug use and standardization of doctor's advice, by which the cause for unreasonable drug use may by analyzed, and effective measures for intervention may be taken to promote the rational drug use and achieve the safe, effective, economic and appropriate drug use.
