摘要
目的 :探讨真武汤颗粒的成型工艺。方法 :以颗粒的吸湿性、成型性、流动性和溶化性为考察指标,优选合适的辅料种类及配比,并测定最佳成型工艺所制颗粒的临界相对湿度。结果:药粉-可溶性淀粉-糊精的比例为8∶3∶1时,颗粒的成型性高,流动性和溶化性好,吸湿性小,颗粒的临界相对湿度为66%。结论 :本研究为真武汤颗粒成型工艺提供了可靠依据。
Objective:To investigate the forming process of zhenwutang granules. Methods:Serving the hygroscopicity, formability, liquidity and dissolubility of granules as indexes, the kind and proportion of excipients were optimized, and the critical relative humidity of granules prepared by the optimal forming process was determined. Results:When the proportion of soluble, starch and dextrin was 8∶3∶1, the granules showed a high formability, good dissolubility, fine liquidity and little hygroscopicity. The critical relative humidity of granules was 66%. Conclusion:This study provides a reliable basis for forming process of zhenwutang granules.
