疱疹搽剂治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Herpes Liniment on Herpes Zoster

目的 :探讨自制疱疹搽剂外用治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法 :选择2016年1-10月在我院确诊并治疗的带状疱疹患者120例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。治疗组采用疱疹搽剂外用联合阿昔洛韦口服治疗,对照组采用阿昔洛韦乳膏外用联合阿昔洛韦口服治疗。观察并比较两组止疱、结痂、止痛、痊愈时间和总有效率。结果 :治疗组止疱、结痂、止痛和痊愈时间均较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制疱疹搽剂外用治疗带状疱疹明显缩短止疱、结痂、止痛和痊愈时间,且总有效率高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of the homemade herpes liniment on herpes zoster. Methods:A total of 120 patients with herpes zoster, who were diagnosed in The Third People's Hospital of Hechi City from January to October 2016, were randomly divided into trial and control groups, 60 for each. The patients in trial group were treated by external application of herpes liniment combined with oral administration of acyclovir, while those in control group by external application of acyclovir ointment combined with oral administration of acyclovir. The effects of two groups were compared in terms of blisters stopping, crusting, analgesia, healing time and total effective rate. Results:The times for blisters stopping, crusting, analgesia and healing of patients in trial group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05), while the total effective rate(96.67%) was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:By external application of homemade herpes liniment, the times for blisters stopping, crusting, analgesia and healing of patients with herpes zoster were shortened significantly, while the total effective rate increased. The liniment is worthy of popularization in clinic.
