中药方剂对2型糖尿病患者疗效及血清葡萄糖转运蛋白4的影响

2型糖尿病是临床上较为常见且所占比例较大的一种糖尿病,患者主要是以胰岛素抵抗为主,早期症状不明显,目前此类型糖尿病的部分病因还处于研究阶段。中药方剂目前在临床治疗糖尿病的应用较为广泛且有效,研究如何应用中药方剂来有效治疗糖尿病的学者也越来越多。本文主要探讨了中药方剂对2型糖尿病患者的疗效,同时通过对相关文献的总结,进一步研究中药方剂对血清葡萄糖转运蛋白4的影响。

Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a common diabetes in clinic, which causes a large proportion of the cases. Most of the cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus are insulin-resistant, of which the early symptoms are not obvious, and partial etiologies are still in study. The prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine are widely used and effective for the treatment of diabetes, and more and more researchers pay attention to the application of Chinese medicine prescription on treatment of diabetes. This paper investigates the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on type 2 diabetes mellitus, and further research on the influence of Chinese medince prescription on serum glucose transporter 4 by summarizing the relevant literatures.
