抗生素缓释系统治疗创伤后及内固定相关骨感染临床疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨创伤后及内固定相关骨感染采取抗生素缓释系统治疗效果。方法:选取66例于2015年5月-2016年5月我院接收的创伤后及内固定相关骨感染患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各33例。对照组予以敏感抗菌药物静脉注射,观察组予以抗生素缓释系统治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果 :观察组Ⅰ、Ⅱ期感染清除率、骨折愈合率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),再次手术率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组骨折和骨腔愈合时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组病灶组织分离培养出的致病菌构成比无明显差异(P>0.05),两组均以金黄色葡萄球菌为主。结论 :创伤后及骨折内固定术后骨感染采取局部应用抗生素缓释系统治疗,感染清除率及骨愈合率高,缩短骨折愈合时间,具有推广价值。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of antibiotic-impregnated drug delivery system in the post-traumatic and postoperative bone infections.Methods:A total of 66 patients with post-traumatic or postoperative bone infection treated in Shenma Medical Group General Hospital of Pingdingshan City from May 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,33 for each.The patients in control group were treated with sensitive antibacterial agent by intravenous injection,while those in trial group by antibiotic-impregnated drug delivery system.The clinical effects in two groups were observed.Results:The clearance rate of bone infection in stages I and II as well as healing rate of bone fracture in trial group were significantly higher,while the second operation rate was significantly lower,than those in control group(each P<0.05).However,the healing times of bone fracture and bone cavity in trial group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The constituent ratios of isolated and cultured pathogenic bacteria in the two groups showed no significant difference,both of which were dominated by Staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion:Both the infection clearance rate and healing rate of patients with post-traumatic and postoperative bone infections increased after treatment by antibiotic-impregnated drug delivery.The system may promote the healing of bone fracture and is worthy of popularization.
