我院2979张中药饮片处方应用分析

Analysis on Application of 2979 Prescriptions of Prepared Slices of Traditional Chinese Medicine in a Hospital in Henan Province, China

目的 :了解安阳市中医院(以下简称"我院")中药饮片处方临床应用情况及存在的问题,总结用药规律特点,分析、解决存在问题。方法 :随机抽取我院2016年9月中药饮片处方2 979张,分别以不同年龄组、不同药味数、不同的疾病诊断项目以及超《中华人民共和国药典》(2015年版)一部规定剂量情况作为项目。结果 :2 979张中药处方中,≥18且<45岁年龄段的使用占比最多,达到31.55%,其次为≥45且<60岁年龄段与≥60且<75岁年龄段;药味数16~25味的处方为1 323张(44.41%),11~15味的1 069张(35.55%);疾病诊断为消化系统疾病740张(24.84%),占比为最大;与《中华人民共和国药典》规定剂量比较,发现超剂量处方2 235张(75.03%)。结论 :我院中药饮片处方在消化系统、心脑血管、呼吸系统及风湿痹症等方面具有一定优势,但也出现超剂量用药、药味数偏多等现象,需合理对中药饮片处方进行有效、科学的管理。

Objective:To understand the clinical application and problems of prescriptions of prepared slices of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Anyang City,summarize the characteristics and regularity of medication and solve the relevant problems.Methods:A total of 2 979 prescriptions of prepared slices of TCM in the hospital in September 2016 were sampled randomly,in which the ages of patients,number of drugs,diagnostic items of variouis diseases and the dosage beyond the requirements in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Results:Of the 2 979 prescriptions,31.55%were used for the patients at ages of≥18 and<45years,followed by those at≥45 and<60 and≥60 and<75 years.A total of 1 323 prescriptions were involved in 16~25 kinds of TCM,accounting for 44.41%,while 1 069 were involved in 11~15 kinds of TCM,accounting for 35.55%.Most(740,24.84%)of the prescriptions were used for diseases of digestive system.However,the dosages in 2 235 prescriptions(75.03%)were beyond the requirements in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion:The application of prescriptions of prepared slices of TCM in the hospital showed a certain advantage in the diseases of digestive system,cardiovascular diseases,diseases of respiratory system and rheumatism.However,there were some problems such as dosage beyond the relevant requirements and relative large number of drugs.It is suggested the necessity of effective and scientific management of prepared slices of TCM.
