摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定助孕丸中两种蒽醌类成分的含量。方法:采用RP-HPLC进行测定,以Angilent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇∶0.1%磷酸溶液(85∶15)为流动相,流速:1.0 m L/min,检测波长:254 nm。结果:结果大黄素、大黄酚分别在0.026 8~0.134μg,0.064 6~0.322 8μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,0.999 9),平均回收率分别为100.4%,99.8%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可有效地控制助孕丸中两种蒽醌类成分的含量。
Objective:To establish a method of RP-HPLC which determinate the content of two anthraquinones in zhuyun pills. Methods:The RP-HPLC was adopted to determinate and the Angilent C18(4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm)was chosen as chromatographic column. The mobile phase set as methanol∶0.1% phosphoric acid(85∶15). The flow rate was 1.0 m L/min and using 254 nm as detection wavelength. Results:The linear relationship of emodin and chrysophanol was good(r=0.999 9, 0.999 9), which between 0.026 8~0.134 μg or 0.064 6~0.322 8 μg, respectively. The average recovery was 100.4% and 99.8%, respectively. Conclusion:This method is simple, fast and accurate, which can effectively control the content of two anthraquinones in zhuyun pills.
