抗菌药物是临床使用频率最高的药物之一,应用于各种疾病治疗中挽救了无数患者的生命,其临床疗效受到了患者和医生的肯定,临床应用范围和用药频度也逐渐提升。近年来,抗菌药物使用相关的细菌耐药性逐渐暴露出来,多药耐药菌感染病例逐渐增多,成为了威胁人类健康的重要危险因素,迫切需要规范抗菌药物地使用。为此,文章针对抗菌药物使用管理及细菌耐药性进行了综述研究。

Antimicrobial agents are one of the most frequently used drugs in clinical use. They are used in various diseases to save the lives of countless patients. Their clinical curative effect is confirmed by patients and doctors. The scope of clinical application and frequency of drug use gradually improve. In recent years, bacterial resistance related to the use of antimicrobial agents gradually exposed, multidrug-resistant bacteria infected cases gradually increased, which has become an important risk factor for human health, the urgent need to regulate the use of antimicrobial drugs.
