摘要
目的 :分析在我院男科门诊中淋病淋球菌的药物敏感性及多重耐药性,为临床抗菌药物的合理选用提供依据。方法 :随机选取2014年5月-2016年2月在我院男科门诊接受治疗的淋病患者98例,采集患者的尿道脓性分泌物行淋球菌培养和药敏试验,测定并分析淋球菌对抗菌药物的敏感性以及多重耐药率。结果 :淋球菌对抗菌药物头孢曲松、头孢西丁和大观霉素的敏感性较高,分别为100%,97.96%和95.92%,对青霉素、四环素、环丙沙星和左氧氟沙星的敏感性较低,分别为13.27%,9.18%,4.08%和12.24%;淋球菌对抗菌药物的多重耐药率为79.59%(78/98),其中对环丙沙星与青霉素二联耐药率为68.37%(67/98),对环丙沙星与四环素二联耐药率为69.39%(68/98),对四环素与青霉素二联耐药率为63.27%(62/98),对环丙沙星、青霉素与四环素三联耐药率为56.12%(55/98),对阿奇霉素、青霉素、环丙沙星与四环素四联耐药率为17.35%(17/98)。结论 :本院男科门诊淋病患者感染的淋球菌对抗菌药物头孢曲松、头孢西丁和大观霉素的敏感性高,在临床中可首选治疗由淋球菌感染引发的淋病。而淋球菌对抗菌药物四环素和环丙沙星的敏感性偏低,且淋球菌对环丙沙星、青霉素与四环素三者存在较高的多重耐药率,因此应尽量减少应用。
Objective:To analyze the drug sensitivity and multidrug resistance of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in andrology clinic of our hospital, and to provide the basis for rational selection of antibiotics in clinic.Methods:98 cases of gonorrhea patient were randomly selected from May 2014 to February 2016 in andrology clinic of our hospital, and purulent secretion of urethra was collected and cultured, drug sensitivity test was conducted, and the sensitivity of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to antibiotics and multidrug resistance rate were determined and analyzed. Results:The sensitivity of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to antibiotics ceftriaxone, cefoxitin and spectinomycin was high, the sensitive rate was 100%, 97.96% and 95.92%, respectively. The sensitivity to penicillin, tetracycline, ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin was low, the sensitive rate was 13.27%, 9.18%, 4.08% and 12.24%, respectively. Multiple drug resistance of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to antibiotics was 79.59%(78/98), and resistance rate of penicillin and ciprofloxacin was 68.37%(67/98), resistance rate of ciprofloxacin and tetracycline was 69.39%(68/98), resistant rate of tetracycline and penicillin was 63.27%(62/98), triple resistance rate of ciprofloxacin, penicillin and tetracycline was 56.12%(55/98), quadruple resistance rate of azithromycin, penicillin, ciprofloxacin and tetracycline was 17.35%(17/98). Conclusion:Gonorrhea infected with Neisseria gonorrhoeae in andrology clinic of our hospital has high antibiotics sensitivity to ceftriaxone, cefoxitin and spectinomycin, and they can be used in the clinical treatment of gonorrhea caused by gonococcal infection. Neisseria gonorrhoeae has less antibiotics sensitivity to ciprofloxacin and tetracycline, and higher rate of multi drug resistance to ciprofloxacin, penicillin and tetracycline, therefore, the application should be minimized.
