胃炎和胃溃疡患者治疗中的不合理用药情况分析

Analysis of the Irrational Drug Use Situation in Gastritis and Gastric Ulcer Patients

目的 :分析胃炎和胃溃疡患者治疗中的不合理用药情况,以期为临床胃炎和胃溃疡合理用药提供参考。方法 :选取2015年1月-2016年1月我院收治的胃炎、胃溃疡患者400例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。通过查阅相关的文献资料,从药理机制方面分析胃炎和胃溃疡治疗中容易出现的不合理用药情况。结果 :400例胃炎和胃溃疡患者中,有154例患者存在不合理用药情况,其中以不合理配伍最为多见;合理用药组的痊愈率高于不合理用药组,复发率低于不合理用药组,治疗周期短于不合理用药组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :胃炎、胃溃疡不合理用药比例较高,影响其临床治疗效果,临床医师应熟练掌握治疗胃炎、胃溃疡药物的药理机制,使药物的配合使用更为合理。

Objective:To analyze the irrational drug use in the treatment of patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer in order to provide a reference for the rational drug use for clinic patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer. Methods:400 cases of patients with gastritis or peptic ulcer in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Through the referring to relevant literature, the analysis of the irrational drug use occurred easily in treating gastritis and gastric ulcer was made from the aspect of the pharmacological mechanism. Results:Among the 400 cases of gastritis and gastric ulcer, 154 patients had irrational drug use, among which the irrational compatibility occurs the most. The cure rate of the rational drug use group was higher than that of the irrational drug use group, the recurrence rate was lower than that of the irrational drug use group and the treatment cycle was shorter than the irrational drug use group. The differences between the two groups have a great statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:The proportion of irrational use of gastritis and gastric ulcer is higher, which affects the clinical effect of gastritis and gastric ulcer,the clinicians should master the pharmacological mechanism of drugs and make the drug use more reasonable for the treatment of gastritis, gastric ulcer
