脑心舒口服液中蜂王浆的质量分析研究

The Analysis of the Quality of Naoxinshu Oral Liquid in Toyal Jelly

目的 :以脑心舒口服液中的蜂王浆为研究对象,建立脑心舒口服液中蜂王浆的质量评价方法。方法 :采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对样品中的蜂王浆进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定样品中蜂王浆的10-羟基-2-癸烯酸含量。结果:样品的薄层色谱斑点不一,10-羟基-2-癸烯酸含量在0.029 mg/支~1.969 mg/支。结论 :各厂家生产所投药材质量和数量差异较大。

Objective:Royal jelly in naoxinshu oral liquid was used as the research object, and the quality evaluation method of royal jelly in naoxinshu oral liquid was established. Methods:Thin layer chromatography(TLC) was used for quality identification of royal jelly, and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to detect the content of 10-hydroxy-2-acid in royal jelly. Results:The spots of TLC is different in size, the content of 10-hydroxy-2-acid of the samples were between 0.029 mg pev vial^1.969 mg pev vial. Conclusion:The quality and quantity of the medicinal materials produced in each manufacturer are quite different.
