参麦注射液辅助化疗方案在恶性肿瘤治疗中的效果

Effect of Shenmai Injection Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Malignant Tumor

目的 :探讨参麦注射液辅助化疗方案在恶性肿瘤治疗中的效果。方法 :选取我院2014年5月-2016年5月肿瘤内科收治的90例恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组给予常规西医化疗方案治疗,观察组在西医化疗方案基础上联合应用参麦注射液(60~100 m L,qd)治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果、治疗后生活质量以及化疗引起的毒副反应发生情况。结果 :观察组总有效率为62.22%,显著高于对照组的31.11%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生活质量总改善率73.33%,显著高于对照组的42.22%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Ⅲ度以上骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐、肝、肾功能损害等均明显少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :参麦注射液能提高恶性肿瘤患者的治疗效果,提高生活质量,减少不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the effect of shenmai injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant tumor. Methods:90 cases of malignant tumor patients were selected as the research objects from May 2014 to May 2016, randomly divided into the control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine chemotherapy treatment, the observation group was given shenmai injection on the basis of western medicine chemotherapy. The treatment effect, the quality of life after treatment, and the side effects of chemotherapy were observed in the two groups. Results:The total efficiency of the observation group was 62.22% which was significantly higher than that of the control group(31.11%), there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). After treatment, the total improvement rate of the quality of life was 73.33% of the observation group which was significantly higher than that of the control group(42.22%), there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). The bone marrow suppression(above degree Ⅲ), nausea and vomiting, liver and renal function impairment of the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Shenmai injection can improve the treatment effect of malignant tumor patients, improve the quality of life and reduce adverse reactions.
