血必净注射液对经皮肾镜碎石术后全身炎症反应综合征患者炎症反应的影响

Effect of Xuebijing Injection on Inflammatory Response in Patients with Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome after Percutaneous Nephroscope Lithotripsy

目的 :探讨血必净注射液对经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL)后全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)患者炎症反应的影响。方法 :按随机数字表法将PCNL并发SIRS患者分为对照组44例和研究组45例。对照组进行常规的抗SIRS治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合血必净注射液(50 m L,bid)治疗。统计临床有效率,检测治疗前后血清炎症因子水平。结果 :研究组的临床有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组治疗后血清炎症因子水平明显下降(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后血清炎性因子水平改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血必净注射液治疗PCNL合并SIRS患者的临床疗效显著,改善患者的炎症反应,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of xuebijing injection on inflammatory response in patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS) after percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL). Methods:89 cases of patients with PCNL combined with SIRS were divided into control group(n=44) and research group(n=45). Patients in the control group were treated with conventional anti SIRS therapy, while patients in the research group were treated with xuebijing injection on the basis of control group. The clinical effective rate was measured and the serum inflammatory factors were detected before and after treatment. Results:The clinical effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The levels of serum inflammatory factors of the two groups were significantly decreased as compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the improvement of serum inflammatory factors of the research group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Xuebijing injection in the treatment of patients with PCNL combined with SIRS has significant clinical efficacy, and can improve the inflammatory response of patients, it is worthy of clinical application.
