卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗老年进展期胃癌的疗效及安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Capecitabine Combined with Oxaliplatin in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的 :探索卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗老年进展期胃癌的疗效。方法 :选择96例进展期老年胃癌患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组48例予卡培他滨(1 500 mg/m^2,bid)治疗,观察组48例予卡培他滨(1 500 mg/m^2,bid)联合奥沙利铂(130 mg/m^2,qd)治疗,两组比较临床疗效及安全性。结果 :观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者生活质量各维度评分及总评分均较治疗前明显增加,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应情况比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗老年进展期胃癌疗效显著,可有效改善生活质量,安全可靠。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods:96 cases with advanced gastric cancer were divided into two groups according to random number table method, 48 patients in the control group were treated with capecitabine(1 500 mg/m^2, bid), 48 patients in the observation group were treated with capecitabine(1 500 mg/m^2, bid) combined with oxaliplatin(130 mg/m^2, qd). Clinical efficacy and safety was compared of two groups. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of each dimension and the total score of the quality of life of the two groups were significantly increased, and the scores of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The adverse reactions of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion:Capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer has significant effect, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, and the drug is safe and reliable.
