桂哌齐特联合奥扎格雷钠治疗动脉硬化性脑梗死的临床疗效及预后观察

The Clinical Curative Effect and Prognosis of Sodium Ozagrel Combined with Cinepazide in the Treatment of Arteriosclerotic Cerebral Infarction

目的 :分析桂哌齐特联合奥扎格雷钠治疗动脉硬化性脑梗死的临床疗效及预后。方法 :选取我院2015年5月-2016年6月收治的112例动脉硬化性脑梗死患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各56例。对照组采取桂哌齐特(80 mg×4支,qd)治疗,研究组采取桂哌齐特(80 mg×4支,qd)联合奥扎格雷钠(80 mg,bid)治疗,比较两组血液流变学参数、血脂水平及不同时间段颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)值。结果 :研究组红细胞沉降率、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数以及血浆黏度均低于对照组,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇及三酰甘油指标水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白水平高于对照组,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗3,7,12个月后研究组颈动脉IMT值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :动脉硬化性脑梗死患者采用桂哌齐特联合奥扎格雷钠治疗可改善血脂水平及血液流变学,且疗效显著。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and prognosis of cinepazide combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction. Methods:112 patients with arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from May 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method, 56 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cinepazide maleate(80 mg×4, qd) treatment, the study group was treated with cinepazide maleate(80 mg×4, qd) combined with ozagrel sodium(80 mg, bid) treatment. The blood rheology parameters, blood lipid levels and carotid intima media thinkness(IMT) values in different time periods were compared between the two groups. Results:The erythrocyte sedimentation rate, fibrinogen, hematocrit, red cell aggregation index and plasma viscosity of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The low density lipoprotein, cholesterol and triglyceride levels in study group were lower than those in control group, the high density lipoprotein level in study group was higher than that in control group, there was statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05). After treatment for 3, 7, 12 months, the carotid IMT value of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Cinepazide combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of the patients with arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction can improve the level of blood lipids and hemorheology, and the effect is significant.
