阿奇霉素联合红霉素对小儿支原体肺炎细胞因子及免疫球蛋白的影响

Effect of Azithromycin Combined with Erythromycin on Cytokines and Immunoglobulin in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的:探讨阿奇霉素联合红霉素对小儿支原体肺炎细胞因子及免疫球蛋白的影响。方法:选择2014年6月-2016年6月我院收治的支原体肺炎患儿153例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组77例和观察组76例,对照组采用阿奇霉素(10 mg/kg,qd)治疗,观察组在对照组方案上联合红霉素(25 mg/kg,qd)治疗,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测白细胞介素(IL)-8、IL-10、IL-13、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平,免疫散射比浊法测定IgG、IgM、IgA水平。结果:两组治疗后血清IL-10、IL-13、IL-8、TNF-α均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后血清IL-10、IL-13、IL-8、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清IgG、IgM、IgA均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后血清IgG、IgM、IgA高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :阿奇霉素联合红霉素能明显缓解小儿支原体肺炎的炎症性反应,改善患儿的免疫功能。

Objective:To investigate the effect of azithromycin combined with erythromycin on cytokines and immunoglobulin in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods:153 children with mycoplasma pneumonia from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected. The patients were divided into control group(n=77) and observation group(n=76) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with azithromycin(10 mg/kg, qd) and the observation group was treated with erythromycin(25 mg/kg, qd) on the basis of control group. The levels of interleukin(IL)-8, IL-10, IL-13, tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)G, IgM and IgA were determined by immune scattering turbidimetry. Results:The level of serum IL-10, IL-13,IL-8, TNF-α levels of two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). The level of serum IL-10, IL-13,IL-8,TNF-α levels of the observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05). The serum levels of IgG, IgM and IgA in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the serum levels of IgG, IgM and IgA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Azithromycin combined with erythromycin can significantly alleviate the inflammatory response of mycoplasma pneumonia in children, and the method can improve the immune function of children.
