摘要
目的 :探究黄芪注射液联合利巴韦林气雾剂治疗小儿手足口病疗效及机制。方法 :将64例手足口病患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各32例。对照组给予利巴韦林气雾剂(15~20 mg,qd)治疗,观察组给予利巴韦林气雾剂(同对照组)和黄芪注射液(10 m L,qd)治疗,连续给药7 d。观察临床症状转归时间(退热时间、疱疹结节时间、疱疹消退初时间)、观察两组疗效、不良反应情况、以及血清中CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、免疫球蛋白M水平。结果 :观察组退热时间、疱疹结节时间、疱疹消退初时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗后的免疫球蛋白M、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的CD8^+水平与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 :利巴韦林气雾剂联合黄芪注射液在治疗小儿手足口病时可以获得更好的治疗效果,机制可能为黄芪注射液增强了患儿的机体免疫力。
Objective:To explore the efficacy and mechanism of astragalus injection combined with ribavirin aerosol on the children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease. Methods:64 children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table, 32 cases in each group. The control group was given ribavirin aerosol(15~20 mg, qd), the observation group was given ribavirin aerosol(15~20 mg, qd) and astragalus injection(10 m L,qd), continuous administration for 7 days. The clinical symptoms, the time of recovery(fever clearance time, the time of herpes nodules and the herpes regression time) were observed. The curative effects, adverse reactions, CD4^+ levels, CD8^+ levels, CD4^+/CD8^+ and immunoglobulin M levels of the two groups were observed. Results:The fever clearance time, the time of herpes nodules and the herpes regression time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). The levels of immunoglobulin M, CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), there was no significant difference in the level of CD8^+ between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusions:Ribavirin aerosol combined with astragalus injection can obtain a better therapeutic effect in the treatment of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease, the mechanism may relate to astragalus injection which can enhance the body immunity of children.
