摘要
目的 :开发全肠外营养(TPN)合理用药管理软件,利用计算机审查TPN处方各项评估指标,减轻临床药师工作负担,提高工作效率。方法 :基于医院信息系统(HIS)下,用Delphi程序编辑工具和SQL 2008数据库系统开发医院TPN审方系统模块。结果 :TPN审方系统具备计算准确性,属性值精确到小数点后3位,可有效保证计算的正确性。明显缩短审方时间,平均审方时间由232.03 min缩短至1.92 min。警示界面非常显著,医生的用药规范性也有所提高。结论 :TPN审方系统经过一段时间的开发和调试,实现了TPN处方各项指标的自动化审查和警示。同时具备计算准确,使用高效便捷,警示界面符合临床习惯等特点,已成为本院不可或缺的审方工具。
Objective:To develop a rational administration software for total parenteral nutrition(TPN), using computer to review the evaluation indexes of TPN prescription, so as to reduce the burden of clinical pharmacists and improve work efficiency. Methods:The TPN prescription-checking system was developed by the Delphi program editing tool and the SQL2008 database system under the hospital information system(HIS). Results:The TPN prescription-checking system has accuracy of calculation, and the attribute value is accurate to 3 decimal places, which could ensure the validity of the calculation effectively. The average prescription checking time has been obviously shortened from 232.03 min to 1.92 min. Additionally, the warning interface is very significant, and the doctors' medication standardization is also improved. Conclusion:After a period of development and debugging, the TPN prescription-checking system has realized the automatic review and warning of various indexes of the TPN prescription. At the same time, it has the characteristics of efficiency, convenience, accuracy in calculation, and the warning interface conforms to the clinical habits. It has become an indispensable tool for the hospital.
