宁泌泰胶囊联合左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Ningmitai Capsule Combined with Levofloxacin Capsule in the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis and Their Effect on Serum Inflammatory Cytokines

目的 :探讨宁泌泰胶囊联合左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效及对血清炎症因子的影响。方法 :选择2015年5月-2016年7月在我院接受治疗的96例慢性前列腺炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各48例。对照组给予左氧氟沙星胶囊(0.2 g,qd,po)治疗,试验组在对照组基础上服用宁泌泰胶囊(0.38 g×3,tid)治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、血清炎性因子水平及不良反应情况。结果 :试验组治疗总有效率为93.75%(45/48),高于对照组的75.00%(36/48),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组白细胞介素(IL)-1、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IL-1、TNF-α指标均较本组治疗前降低,且试验组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为6.25%(3/48),对照组为8.33%(4/48),两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用宁泌泰胶囊联合左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎,能改善血清炎性因子指标水平,降低炎症反应,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床应用推广。

Objective:To examine the clinical efficacy of Ningmitai capsule combined with levofloxacin capsules in the treatment of chronic prostatitis and their effect on serum inflammatory cytokines.Methods:A total of 96 patients with chronic prostatitis who were treated in our hospital from May 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into the control group(n=48) and experimental group(n=48).Control group patients were given levofloxacin capsule(0.2 g,qd,po),and experimental group patients were given levofloxacin(0.2 g,po,qd) and ningmitai capsules(0.38 g×3,tid).Clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory cytokine level and adverse reactions were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher in the experimental group(93.75%,45/48) than in the control group(75.00%,36/48)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IL-1 and TNF-α levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).However,IL-1 and TNF-α levels were lower after treatment in both groups,and were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the experimental group(6.25%,3/48) and control group(8.33%,4/48)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ningmitai capsule combined with levofloxacin capsule in the treatment for chronic prostatitis patients can effectively improve serum inflammatory cytokine levels,reduce inflammation and enhance treatment efficacy,and is therefore worthy of wide clinical application.
