七味温阳胶囊镇痛及抗炎作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory Effects of Qiweiwenyang Capsules

目的:研究七味温阳胶囊的镇痛及抗炎情况。方法:把昆明种小鼠随机分为6组:对照组、模型组、阳性对照组(吲哚美辛肠溶片)、七味温阳胶囊给药组(低、中、高剂量:0.31 g/kg,0.62 g/kg,1.24 g/kg),每组10只。对照组及模型组给予蒸馏水,给药组按0.5 m L/20 g,qd,连续5 d。阳性对照剂量为19 mg/kg,隔日给药1次,共3次。通过热板法、醋酸扭体法及小鼠毛细血管通透性实验法。结果 :可明显提高小鼠的痛阈值(P<0.05或P<0.01)。降低由醋酸引起的毛细血管通透性(P<0.01),减少醋酸引起的扭体次数(P<0.01)。结论 :七味温阳胶囊具有一定的镇痛及抗炎作用。

Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of qiweiwenyang capsules.Methods:KM mice were allocated randomly into control group,model group,positive control who received indomethin enteric-coatel tablets and qiweiwenyang capsules medication group(0.31 g/kg,0.62 g/kg,1.24 g/kg),with 10 mice in each group.The control group and model group were given the distilled water for 8 weeks.Besides,the qiweiwenyang medication groups received dose of 0.5 m L per 20 g/day for five consecutive days.Moreover,positive control group received doses 19 mg per kg every other day for three times.The hot plate method,acetic acid writhing method and capillary permeability in mice were performed to evaluate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.Results:Qiweiwenyang capsules can obviously improve the pain threshold of mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01) and also was able to significantly reduce the number of torsion of KM mice,which was caused by acetic acid,(P<0.01) interestingly,the capillary permeability was cutting down due to acetic acid as well(P<0.01).Conclusion:The qiweiwenyang capsules show significant effects on anti-inflammatory and analgesic.
