举宫汤联合盆底康复治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病的疗效观察

Efficacy of Jugong Decoction Combined with Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation in the Treatment of Female Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

目的 :探讨举宫汤联合盆底康复治疗盆底功能障碍(FPFD)性疾病的疗效。方法 :选取我院2014年1月-2017年1月收治的104例FPFD患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各52例。对照组采取常规盆底康复治疗,研究组在此基础上联合中药举宫汤(煎煮收汁250 m L,分早晚两次温服,每隔2日服用1剂)治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后盆底肌力、性生活质量的变化。结果 :研究组总有效率为96.15%,高于对照组的80.77%(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后盆底肌力分级显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后性生活质量指标性兴奋、性欲望、性高潮、阴道润滑、满意度评分均高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:举宫汤联合盆底康复可有效改善FPFD患者盆底肌力和性生活质量,治疗FPFD疗效确切,临床可推广应用。

Objective:To examine the efficacy of jugong decoction combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation in the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction(FPFD). Methods:A total of 104 FPFD patients who were treated in our hospital between January 2014 to January 2017 were randomly divided into the control group(n=52) and study group(n=52). Control group patients were given conventional pelvic floor rehabilitation, and study group patients were given pelvic floor rehabilitation plus jugong decoction(250 m L of medicine taken once in the morning and once at night every 2 days). Clinical efficacy and changes in pelvic floor muscle strength and quality of sexual life were compared between the two groups. Results:Total treatment efficacy rate was significantly higher in the study group(96.15%) than in the control group(80.77%, P<0.05). Post-treatment increase in pelvic floor muscle strength was significantly greater in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05). In addition, the quality of sexual life, sexual arousal, sexual desire, orgasm, vaginal lubrication and satisfaction scores were significantly higher, but pain score was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion:Jugong decoction combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation is an efficacious treatment that effectively improves the pelvic floor muscle strength and quality of sexual life of FPFD patients, and should therefore be widely promoted for clinical application.
