维生素C片联合核黄素磷酸钠在放射性口腔黏膜损伤预防中的应用

Clinical Application of Vitamin C Tablets Combined with Riboflavin Sodium Phosphate in Prevention of Radiation-induced Oral Mucosal Injury Caused

目的 :研究维生素C片联合核黄素磷酸钠在头颈部肿瘤放疗引起的放射性口腔黏膜损伤预防中的临床疗效。方法 :选取2013年4月-2017年1月我院收治的头颈部肿瘤放疗患者80例,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规口腔护理,研究组在对照组基础上加用维生素C片(1片,tid)、核黄素磷酸钠(20 mg,qd),比较两组口腔黏膜反应、口腔干燥反应、口腔p H值及涎液量。结果 :研究组口腔黏膜损伤程度及口腔干燥情况均轻于对照组(P<0.05);研究组p H值及涎液分泌量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:维生素C片联合核黄素磷酸钠应用于头颈部肿瘤放疗引起的口腔黏膜损伤效果较好,能明显降低损伤情况,改善口腔情况。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of vitamin C tablets combined with riboflavin sodium phosphate in the prevention of radiation-induced oral mucosal injury caused by radiotherapy for head and neck cancer. Methods:80 patients with head and neck tumor treated with radiotherapy were divided into study group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine oral care, while patients in the study group were treated with vitamin tablets(1 tablet, tid) and riboflavin sodium phosphate(20 mg, qd) in addition to the treatment in the control group. The oral mucosa reaction, xerostomia, oral p H value and saliva volume between two groups were compared. Results:The condition of oral mucosa injury and xerostomia in study group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05). The p H value and salivary secretion volume in study group were also significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Vitamin C tablets combined with riboflavin sodium phosphate showed good clinical efficacy in the treatment of radiation-induced oral mucosal injury caused by radiotherapy for head and neck cancer, it can significantly reduce the damage and improve the oral condition.
