厄贝沙坦联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗中老年高血压并发肾功能衰竭的疗效研究

Study on Clinical Efficacy of Irbesartan Combined with Calcium Dobesilate in Treating Elderly Hypertensive Patients with Renal Failure

目的:探讨厄贝沙坦联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗中老年高血压并发肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法:选取2016年5月-2017年5月我院收治的中老年高血压并发肾功能衰竭患者180例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各90例。对照组给予厄贝沙坦(100 mg,qd)治疗,研究组给予厄贝沙坦(100 mg,qd)联合羟苯磺酸钙(500 mg,tid)治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果 :治疗后研究组血压显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组肾功能指标无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组血肌酐及24 h尿微量白蛋白显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的炎性因子无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组炎性因子指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗中老年高血压并发肾功能衰竭,有利于降低血压水平,改善患者肾功能,临床效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of irbesartan combined with calcium dobesilate in treating elderly hypertensive patients with renal failure. Methods:180 elderly patients with hypertension complicated with renal failure from May 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: control group and study group, 90 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with irbesartan(100 mg, qd), and the patients in the study group were treated with irbesartan(100 mg, qd) and calcium dobesilate(500 mg, tid). The treatment results were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, blood pressure in patients of the study group was significantly lower than that in patients of the control group(P<0.05); index of renal function in the patients of the two groups had no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05), while serum creatinine and 24 h urine microalbumin in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05); there was no significant difference in inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05), while index of inflammatory factors in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The combined use of irbesartan and calcium dobesilate in elderly hypertensive patients with renal failure is beneficial to lowering blood pressure levels and improving renal function.
