Objective:To observe the effect lidocaine chlorhexidine aerosol on skin laceration and use feasibility. Methods:300 patients with head and face, neck skin laceration from emergency department of our hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into observation group(n=150) and control group(n=150). The patients in the observation group were treated with lidocaine chlorhexidine aerosol by preoperative local surface uniform infiltration anesthesia and postoperative uniform spray without wrapping after film formation. The patients in the control group were treated with lidocaine injection 1 m L+0.9% Na Cl injection 1 m L by local infiltration anesthesia via subcutaneous injection around wound, and conventional dressing after debridement and suture and periodic dressing change were conducted. The onset time of anesthesia, intraoperative wound pain degree, wound healing effect and healing satisfaction degree in two groups were compared. Results:There was no significant difference in onset time of anesthesia, intraoperative wound pain degree, wound healing effect and healing satisfaction degree(P>0.05). Conclusions:There is no difference between lidocaine chlorhexidine aerosol and conventional dressing treatment in the aspect of wound protection, while the former not only reduces the waste of consumables and anesthetics, but also plays the role of local anesthesia and postoperative infection prevention, and at the same time, it does not affect the image of patients, and is worth promoting.
