Practice and Thinking of Drug Purchase in Hospital

通过借鉴当代信息化药品采购模型的经验,综合各种因素,分析我院采购流程中存在的问题,并提出优化方案,为进一步规范采购流程,健全我院药品管理制度,促进我院药品采购信息化建设提供了一定参考。

The experience of modern information drug purchase model was referred. Combined with various factors, the problems existing in the procurement process of our hospital was analyzed, and the optimization plan was put forwarded, which provide some reference for further standardizing the process of purchasing, perfecting the drug management system in our hospital and promoting the information construction of drug purchase in our hospital.
