Discussion on Clinical Pharmacist's Idea of Conducting Medical Order Examination in Nephrology Department

目的 :探讨临床药师在肾内科病区开展医嘱审核的思路和模式。方法 :结合肾内科的实际工作,通过具体案例介绍医嘱审核思路和内容。结果 :医嘱审核可从治疗药物是否覆盖所有治疗问题、药物选择、药物的用法用量与疗程、相互作用与配伍禁忌、重复用药等方面作为切入点。结论 :临床药师通过梳理医嘱审核思路,建立肾内科医嘱审核模式,可以提高临床药师参与临床实践的能力与水平。

Objective:To explore the thought and mode for clinical pharmacists to carry out medical order examination in department of nephrology. Methods:Combined with the practical work of nephrology to introduce the ideas and contents of medical order examination through specific cases. Results:Medical order examination can be used as a breakthrough point in the treatment of drugs, drug selection, drug usage and course, interaction and compatibility, and repeated use of drugs. Conclusions:Clinical pharmacists can establish the medical order examination mode of department of nephrology by combing idea of conducting medical order examination. It can improve the ability and level of clinical pharmacists in clinical practice.
