Exploration on Evaluation Model of Rational Drug Use of Prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces

目的 :探索适合中药饮片处方合理用药评价的模式。方法 :通过分析中药饮片处方合理用药评价现状,寻找评价指标存在的问题,指出中药饮片处方评价需关注的要点,探索适合中药饮片处方合理用药的评价模式。结果 :确定中药饮片处方评价要素并结合医学和药学专家共同参与的模式进行中药饮片处方合理用药评价,从而提升中药饮片处方用药合理性。结论 :中药饮片处方合理用药评价的指标较多,需要进一步制定切合临床实际的统一的评价指标,同时采用医学和药学专家共同参与点评的模式来促进中药饮片的合理应用。

Objective:To explore proper modes for evaluating rational drug use of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces. Methods:Based on the analysis on the current evaluation situation of rational drug use of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, the problems existing in evaluation indexes were sought, the key points needing attention for evaluating the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces were pointed out, and the evaluation mode suitable for rational drug use of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces was explored. Results:The mode of essential factors for evaluation of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and joint participation of medical and pharmaceutical experts was determined for evaluation of rational drug use of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces to improve the rationality of drug use of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces. Conclusion:There are many indexes for evaluating rational drug use of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, so unified evaluation indexes suitable for clinical practice need to be further determined, and at the same time, the mode of medical and pharmaceutical experts participating in the review is adopted to promote the rational traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
