补通膏联合沙美特罗治疗慢性支气管哮喘的疗效及对IL-4、IFN-γ的影响

Efficacy of Butong Cream Combined with Salmeterol in the Treatment of Chronic Bronchial Asthma and Effect on IL-4 and IFN-γ

目的:探讨补通膏联合沙美特罗治疗慢性支气管哮喘的疗效及对白细胞介素(IL)-4,γ-干扰素(IFN)的影响。方法:选取2015年11月—2016年3月我院收治的慢性支气管哮喘患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组给予沙美特罗(50μg,早晚各1吸)治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予补通膏(10 m L,bid,po)治疗,均治疗3个月。比较两组疗效及中医症状积分情况。结果:治疗后,试验组哮喘控制测试评分表(ACT)、呼吸困难量表(m MRC)、成人哮喘评估问卷(ATAQ)评分及1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)水平改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组血清嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、IL-4水平低于对照组,IFN-γ水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医症状积分总分较治疗前显著下降,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补通膏联合沙美特罗治疗慢性支气管哮喘的疗效显著,可降低IL-4水平,升高IFN-γ水平。

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of butong cream combined with salmeterol in the treatment of chronic bronchial asthma and effect on interleukin(IL)-4, γ-interferon(IFN). Methods: 80 cases of patients with chronic bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with salmeterol(50 μg, inhalation once in every morning and evening), and the patients in the experimental group were given butong cream(10 m L, bid, po) on the basis of the control group. All patients were treated for 3 months. The efficacy and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the improvement of asthma control test score table(ACT), dyspnea scale(m MRC), adult asthma therapy assessment questionnaire(ATAQ) score and 1 second forced expiratory volume(FEV1), forced vital capacity(FVC) levels in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); after treatment, the levels of serum eosinophil cationic protein(ECP) and IL-4 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of IFN-γ was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05); the total score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Butong cream combined with salmeterol has significant therapeutic effect on chronic bronchial asthma, which can lower IL-4 level and increase IFN-γ level.
