雷公藤多苷片联合来氟米特治疗老年活动性类风湿关节炎的临床疗效及安全性分析

Analysis on Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Tripterygium Glycoside Tablet Combined with Leflunomide in the Treatment of Senile Active Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的 :分析雷公藤多苷片联合来氟米特治疗老年活动性类风湿关节炎(RA)的疗效及安全性。方法 :选取2015年5月—2017年5月我院收治的108例活动性RA老年患者,按治疗方案不同分为两组,各54例。对照组给予来氟米特(10 mg,qd)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合雷公藤多苷片(20 mg,tid)治疗,比较两组疗效、临床症状、实验室指标改善情况及不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.59%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后晨僵时间、关节疼痛数、关节肿胀数及C反应蛋白(CRP)、风湿因子(RF)、血沉(ESR)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :雷公藤多苷片联合来氟米特治疗老年活动性类风湿关节炎疗效确切,能有效改善症状,抑制炎性反应,安全性好。

Objective: To analyze the efficacy and safety of tripterygium glycoside tablet combined with leflunomide in the treatment of senile active rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods: 108 cases of senile patients with active RA admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were divided into two groups according to different treatment options, 54 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with leflunomide(10 mg, qd). The patients in the observation group were treated with tripterygium glycoside tablet(20 mg, tid) on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, clinical symptoms, laboratory indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.59%, which was significantly higher than 77.78% in the control group(P<0.05). The morning stiffness time, joint pain number, joint swelling number and the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP), rheumatoid factor(RF) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Tripterygium glycoside tablets combined with leflunomide is effective in the treatment of senile active rheumatoid arthritis, which can effectively improve symptoms and inhibit inflammatory reactions, and is safe.
