盐酸米诺环素联合奥硝唑合剂治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变的临床效果探讨

Investigation on Clinical Effect of Minocycline Hydrochloride Combined with Ornidazole Mixture in the Treatment of Periodontal-endodontic Lesions

目的 :探讨盐酸米诺环素与奥硝唑合剂联合治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变的临床效果。方法 :选取2016年2月—2017年5月我院收治的90例牙周-牙髓联合病变患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组应用盐酸米诺环素(0.05 mL,每隔7 d注射1次,共注射2次)治疗及常规根管治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合奥硝唑合剂根管充填治疗。比较两组疗效及牙龈指数、牙菌斑指数、牙周袋深度等。结果 :观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后牙龈指数、牙菌斑指数、牙周袋深度明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :盐酸米诺环素与奥硝唑合剂联合治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变的疗效显著,可改善牙龈、牙菌斑指数及牙周袋深度,值得临床推广。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of minocycline hydrochloride and ornidazole mixture in the treatment of periodontal-endodontic joint lesions. Methods: 90 cases of patients with periodontal-endodontic joint lesions admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given minocycline hydrochloride(0.05 mL, injection once every 7 days for 2 times) and conventional root canal treatment. The patients in the observation group were given root canal filling treatment with ornidazole mixture on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, gingival index, plaque index and periodontal pocket depth were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.56%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05). The gingival index, plaque index and periodontal pocket depth in the observation group were significantly smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Minocycline hydrochloride combined with ornidazole is effective in the treatment of periodontal-endodontic joint lesions, which can improve gingival plaque index and periodontal pocket depth, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
