齐拉西酮联合奥氮平治疗老年精神分裂症的疗效及对血糖、血脂水平的影响

Efficacy of Ziprasidone Combined with Olanzapine in the Treatment of Senile Schizophrenia and Its Effect on Blood Sugar and Blood Lipid Levels

目的:研究齐拉西酮联合奥氮平治疗老年精神分裂症的疗效及对血糖、血脂水平的影响。方法 :选取2014年9月—2016年5月我院收治的80例老年精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采用奥氮平(10~20 mg,qd)治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用齐拉西酮(100 mg,bid)治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后血糖、血脂水平变化情况。结果 :研究组治疗前后血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组血糖水平高于治疗前,且高于研究组(P<0.05);研究组治疗前后总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗后TC、TG水平高于治疗前,且高于研究组(P<0.05);两组治疗有效率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:齐拉西酮联合奥氮平治疗老年精神分裂症效果显著,能有效控制血糖、血脂水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To study the efficacy of ziprasidone combined with olanzapine in the treatment of senile schizophrenia and its effect on blood sugar and blood lipid levels. Methods: 80 patients with senile schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from September 2014 to May 2016 were selected as subjects investigated and randomly divided into control group and study group, 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with olanzapine(10~20 mg, qd), and the patients in the study group were treated with ziprasidone(100 mg, bid) on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and changes of blood sugar and blood lipid levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in blood sugar levels before and after treatment in the study group(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of blood sugar in the control group were higher than those before treatment and higher than those in the study group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG) before and after treatment in the study group(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of TC and TG in the control group were higher than those before treatment and higher than those in the study group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Ziprasidone combined with olanzapine is effective in the treatment of senile schizophrenia, and can effectively control blood sugar and blood lipid levels, which is worthy of clinical generalization and application.
