产后抑郁症患者服药依从性的调查研究

Investigation on Medication Compliance of Postpartum Depression Patients

目的 :调查产后抑郁症患者的服药信念和服药依从性状况。方法 :采用一般资料调查表、服药信念量表、Morisky服药依从问卷,对郑州市某三甲医院的128例产后抑郁症患者进行调查。采用单因素和多分类Logistic回归分析患者服药依从性的影响因素。结果 :产后抑郁症患者服药担心略低于服药必要性,服药高度依从率仅有31.3%。Logistic回归分析显示,月收入和担心药物不良反应对患者服药依从性的影响有显著性差异。结论 :产后抑郁症患者服药依从性较低,月收入和担心药物不良反应影响患者的服药依从性。

Objective: To investigate the medication belief and medication compliance of postpartum depression patients. Methods: 128 postpartum depression patients admitted to a tertiary A hospital of Zhengzhou city were investigated by using general information questionnaire, medication belief scale and Morisky medication compliance questionnaire. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of patients’ medication compliance. Results: The worry about taking medicine was slightly lower than the necessity of taking medicine, and the high compliance rate was only 31.3%. Logistic regression analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the effect of monthly income and worry about adverse drug reactions on patients’ medication compliance. Conclusion: Patients with postpartum depression have low medication compliance, and monthly income and worry about adverse drug reactions affect patients’ medication compliance.
