麻仁软胶囊联合特制中药坐浴对肛肠术后患者排便功能及疼痛的改善效果观察

Observation on Improvement Effect of Maren Soft Capsules Combined with Special Chinese Medicine Hip Bath on Defecation Function and Pain in Patients after Anorectal Surgery

目的 :探究麻仁软胶囊联合中药坐浴对患者肛肠术后排便功能及疼痛的改善效果。方法 :选取2015年1月—2016年1月在我院施行手术治疗肛肠疾病的80例患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组术后康复期施行常规的肛肠外科换药,观察组给予麻仁软胶囊(1.2 g,qd)与中药坐浴(30 min,早晚各1次),1周后比较两组术后恢复及并发症发生情况。结果 :术后1周,观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、排便评分显著低于对照组,创口水肿消失时间、渗出物消失时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麻仁软胶囊联合中药坐浴能够缓解患者肛肠术后的伤口疼痛,促进伤口愈合,缓解排便困难,值得临床推广。

Objective: To investigate the improvement effect of maren soft capsules combined with Chinese medicine hip bath on defecation function and pain in patients after anorectal surgery. Methods: 80 patients who underwent surgery for anorectal disease in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional anorectal surgical dressing change during rehabilitation period. The patients in the observation group were given maren soft capsules (1.2 g, qd) and Chinese medicine hip bath (30 min, morning and evening, respectively). One week later, the recovery and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The visual analog scale (VAS) scores and defecation scores one week after surgery in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the disappearance time of wound edema and the disappearance time of exudates were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Maren soft capsules combined with Chinese medicine hip bath can relieve wound pain in patients after anorectal surgery, promote wound healing and relieve defecation difficulty, and is worth clinical popularizing.
