摘要
目的 :探讨门诊药房建立智能化药房系统在提高药事服务质量的应用。方法 :将我院2015年11月—2017年7月自动发药机应用前后以及智能化药房系统建立后共三个时间段的药事服务数据按时间段分为对照组、观察组Ⅰ、观察组Ⅱ,比较三组的药师工作效率、调剂差错、患者候药时间、退药事件等指标。结果:对照组、观察组Ⅰ、观察组Ⅱ窗口满负荷状态下平均每小时调配处方量分别为83张、105张、128张,每小时发放处方量分别为102张、150张和161张;调剂总差错分别为408件、232件、176件;平均候药时间分别为8.2分钟、5.6分钟和3.5分钟;平均每周退药事件分别为32件、18件、11件。结论 :智能化药房系统可提高药师工作效率、减少调剂差错,缩短患者候药时间,减少退药事件,同时可加强对药品的管理,为患者提供更便捷、更合理的药事服务。
Objective: To explore the application of intelligent pharmacy systems in outpatient pharmacies in improving the quality of pharmaceutical service. Methods: The pharmaceutical service data of the three time periods: before and after the application of an automatic dispensing machine and after the establishment of the intelligent pharmacy system from November 2015 to July 2017 in our hospital were divided into control group, observation groupⅠand observation groupⅡ.The pharmacists’ work efficiency, dispensing errors, patient waiting time, drug withdrawal events and other indicators were compared between the three groups. Results: The average dispensing number of prescriptions per hour in the control group, observation groupⅠand observation groupⅡwas 83, 105 and 128, respectively, and the distribution number of prescriptions per hour was 102, 150 and 161, respectively. The total number of dispensing errors was 408, 232 and 176, respectively. The average waiting time was 8.2 min, 5.6 min and 3.5 min, respectively. The number of average weekly drug withdrawal events was 32, 18 and 11, respectively. Conclusion: The intelligent pharmacy system can improve pharmacists’ work efficiency, reduce dispensing errors, shorten the waiting time of patients, reduce drug withdrawal events and strengthen drug management to provide more convenient and more reasonable pharmaceutical service for patients.
