摘要
目的 :通过品管圈管理提升门诊药房自动发药系统工作效率,缩短患者取药等候时间。方法 :门诊药房药剂师成立品管圈小组,设定主题、制定计划并设定目标,通过对现状分析拟定相应对策。结果 :门诊患者取药平均等候时间由14.6 min缩短到11.3 min,目标达成率126.9%,进步率22.6%。结论 :通过品管圈活动,提高了门诊药房自动发药系统工作效率,提升了我院药学服务水平,圈员的综合能力得到提高。
Objective: To improve the efficiency of the automatic dispensing system in our outpatient pharmacy through quality control circle management to shorten the waiting time for patients to get medicine. Methods: A quality control circle group was set up by outpatient pharmacists, and its themes, plans and goals were set. Corresponding countermeasures were formulated by analyzing the current situation. Results: The average waiting time for outpatients was shortened to 11.3 min from 14.6 min, the target achievement rate was 126.9%, and the progress rate was 22.6%. Conclusion: Through the activities of the quality control circle, the work efficiency of the automatic dispensing system in the outpatient pharmacy, the pharmaceutical service level of our hospital and the comprehensive ability of the circler members have been improved.
