卡培他滨联合三维适形放射疗法治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效

Efficacy of Capecitabine Combined with Three-dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Intermediate, Advanced Esophageal Cancer

目的 :探讨卡培他滨联合三维适形放射疗法治疗中晚期食管癌的临床效果。方法 :选取2016年06月—2018年03月我院收治的中晚期食管癌患者50例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各25例,对照组给予三维适形放射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合卡培他滨(900 mg/m2,bid)治疗,比较两组近期疗效、不良反应发生情况、局部控制率、一年生存率及复发率。结果:观察组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组治疗后胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、放射性反应评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组治疗后局部控制率、一年生存率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :卡培他滨联合三维适形放疗法治疗中晚期食管癌的近期疗效好,可提高局部控制率和生存率,安全性高,值得推广应用。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of capecitabine combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of intermediate, advanced esophageal cancer. Methods: 50 patients with intermediate, advanced esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to March 2018 were selected as subjects investigated and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 25 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, and the patients in the observation group were given capecitabine(900 mg/m2, bid) on the basis of the control group. The short-term efficacy, adverse reaction, local control rate, one-year survival rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 68.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in gastrointestinal response, myelosuppression and radioactive response score after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05). The local control rate and one-year survival rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment, and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: Capecitabine combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for the treatment of intermediate, advanced esophageal cancer has a short-term effect, and can improve local control rate and survival rate, and has high safety, which is worthy of popularization and application.
