哌甲酯联合小儿智力糖浆治疗儿童多动症的临床效果评价

Clinical Evaluation of Methylphenidate Combined with Pediatric Intellectual Syrup in the Treatment of Attention-Deficient Hyperactivity Disorder in Children

目的:研究哌甲酯联合小儿智力糖浆治疗儿童多动症的临床效果。方法:选取我院2015年6月—2017年6月收治的多动症患儿118例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各59例。对照组单纯予以哌甲酯(1片,qd)治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用小儿智力糖浆(15 mL,tid)治疗,两组均连续治疗3个月。比较两组疗效、不良反应发生情况、视听整合连续执行测试(IVA-CPT)及Conner行为评定量表评分。结果 :研究组治疗总有效率为93.22%,明显高于对照组的79.66%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,两组综合注意力商数(FAQ)、综合反应控制商数(FRCQ)评分较治疗前明显升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组治疗后多动指数、身心、焦虑、行为、冲动及学习因子评分较治疗前明显降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 :哌甲酯联合小儿智力糖浆治疗儿童多动症疗效显著,可有效改善患儿行为及认知功能,且安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective: To research the clinical effect of methylphenidate combined with pediatric intellectual syrup in the treatment of attention-deficient hyperactivity disorder in children. Methods: 118 children with attentiondeficient hyperactivity disorder admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, 59 cases in each group. The children in the control group were given only methylphenidate(1 tablet, qd) treatment. The children in the study group were treated with pediatric intellectual syrup(15 mL, tid) on the basis of the methylphenidate treatment. The children in the both groups were treated continuously for 3 months. The efficacy, adverse reactions, integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test(IVA-CPT) and Conner behavior rating scale were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate in the study group was 93.22%, which was significantly higher than 79.66% in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of fullscale attention quotient(FAQ) and fullscale response control quotient(FRCQ) in the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The hyperactivity index, body and mind, anxiety, behavior, impulsivity and learning factor scores in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, and they in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Methylphenidate combined with pediatric intellectual syrup is effective in the treatment of attention-deficient hyperactivity disorder in children, and can effectively improve the behavior and cognitive function of the children, and is safe and reliable, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
