鼻窦内窥镜手术联合枸地氯雷他定对慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果

Effect of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery Combined with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium on Chronic Sinusitis

目的 :探讨枸地氯雷他定联合鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效及对临床症状改善情况。方法 :选择2016年5月—2017年6月我院收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者70例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组采用鼻窦内镜手术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合枸地氯雷他定(8.8 mg,qd)治疗;比较两组临床症状改善情况、临床疗效及炎症因子水平。结果 :观察组鼻塞、头痛、流涕、嗅觉减退等评分均低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,白细胞介素(IL)-8与肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :鼻窦内窥镜手术联合枸地氯雷他定治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效显著,可彻底清除鼻窦病变,有效改善临床症状。

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of desloratadine citrate disodium combined with endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and improving effect on clinical symptoms. Methods: 70 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated by endoscopic sinus surgery, and the patients in the observation group were combined with desloratadine citrate disodium(8.8 mg, qd) on the basis of endoscopic sinus surgery. The improvement of clinical symptoms, clinical efficacy and the levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of nasal obstruction, headache, rhinorrhea and hyposmia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the levels of interleukin(IL)-8 and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Endoscopic sinus surgery combined with desloratadine citrate disodium is effective in the treatment of chronic sinusitis, and can completely remove sinus lesions and effectively improve clinical symptoms.
